Justin and his crew are top level. Justin sat with us a few months back and asked what our vision was for our wedding. We are not the overly hovering type of people so we left that vision in his team's hands. The day of, as many people know, you're going a hundred directions and can not worry about the food... or maybe some do but I didn't cause I trust this guy and his mission. Justin and his team absolutely rocked that vision. When we entered after the ceremony everyone was in awe of the presentation of these tables. The prime rib we were served was that of something you'd find at a high end restaurant in NYC but we also had a smoked turkey option and you might think 🤔 cause that can easily be dry instead the turkey was so moist and the flavor absolutely wowed people. We have heard so many comments from our guests on how amazing all of the food was and I don't mean the run of the mill "oh your food was good" I mean full on raving about different items that were each of their favorites. If you're looking for someone to do your wedding, you should give this team a chance at your vision. I have around a hundred people from Saturday that would agree.

HOT DAM! Wanna talk about a good taco!! 🌮 Their brisket birria taco is killer! The Armadillo Eggs (jalapeños) were also a big hit in our house. We ordered a couple things off the menu from their event and they definitely did not disappoint! Trying to get all their orders out today with smiling faces and great service! Definitely worth checking out Carnivore Brothers BBQ and Catering!!! Hopefully another event coming soon!!
